Happy New Year

I can not believe we're welcoming the year 2008! This year was a whirlwind of meeting new babies, new babies, new families and new husband's and wives!

One of my new years resolutions is happening ON TIME :) and that is to be a bit better of blogging :).

Right before Christmas, I was lucky enough to meet this gorgeous mom to be!

I am so excited to meet her new little baby! and her husband :) Happy Birthday to you!

The "Rose Garden"

Mom specifically chose this location because it meant a lot to her girls and she told me all about the "Rose Garden". Just as we arrived, a Wedding limo pulled up and we were relegated to explore the rest of the park until the wedding was done. The rest of the park was just as gorgeous, to capture this beautiful family. Truly as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside.

I am a tad behind, early fall maternity....

This little guy, the youngest, soon to be middle child will make a wonderful big brother to his new sister. I have many favorites, but this one just says something to me :)

Sisters...

Do I need to say more... these beautiful sisters are were so wonderful to capture. Their relationship, their interaction and their love for each other. Here is a 20x20 "Relationship" Collage that documents this wonderful bond between them.

Beautiful Senior

Its so wonderful to take pictures of High School Graduates! Not only do they actually listen and pose :) but I love to capture their adolescent history and their excitement to embark on their next adventure. Unfortunately, senior portraits are often the last professional pictures till their wedding day!

Another sweet little boy!

New Collage Design....

Everyone loves my "relationship collage", here is a wee-bit different spin on it! The color boxes can be the same, but I kind of like the different colors pulled for the images! The boxes can also have the children's name or sayings like "Love", "Hope" "Dream", etc.

These boys have more energy and liveliness and countless beautiful expressions. A few raindrops dampened the day, but not the mood!

These Beautiful Girls and relationships...

Beautiful girls from my hometown. It was a pleasure to meet them and capture, not only their beauty but their wonderful relationship as sisters! Relationships can change as children grow, its truly wonderful to capture not only their portraits but the key relationships in their lives.

I got beautiful portraits of this little girl, however, something about this one with the dog, just is just so darling and representative of her age :)

Newborn love

I love newborns, this little guy was wonderful and so perfectly beautiful. He was quite the "ham"!

September Brides...

I adore capturing weddings, hearing the couple's vows, their emotion and their happiness!

Its all in they eyes...

Look at these beautiful boys eyes, and the lashes on the littlest one! Stunning! A pleasure to capture these wonderful brothers. As a mother of two boys, I know its a wonderful thing to capture the relationships between boys, especially since they're always on the go-go-go!

I was interviewed a few months back from BabyCenter.com. They had found my website, and wanted to talk to me about some tips and tricks for capturing MY OWN children. The article was launched yesterday, and my website has been getting tons of wonderful "hits".

Beautiful little Princess

It seems that newborns/babies seem to come in bunches, either I'll have a bunch of little boys, or a bunch of little girls at the same time! I've often said that I love the variety of my profession, on day a newborn, another time a baby, or a 2 year old, or a family, or a wedding! There is never a newborn/infant session that goes the same, they are always exciting. These were captured during a heat wave, with one little fan blowing on us, and a brand new a/c in the box waiting to be put in!

The little princess probably preferred it nice and toasty!

Pink Instead of Blue...

Mom must be in heaven, finally a little pink in a household of blue! The little princess, was a princess to photograph, and her brothers already adore her!

Fun loving family...

I had a blast with this family. They wanted me to capture their love and their family interactions, and it was apparent what a close knit family they are and the love they have for each other. The weather was a bit drizzly, but as you can see it made NO difference at all!
